Go to Settings → Account → Delete account → confirm by email.
After confirmation you have 30 days to export your data. After that, your data is deleted unless a statutory retention obligation applies (e.g. invoices: 7 years).

Via Dashboard → Export (top right). Available exports:

• 📁 Projects → CSV
• 🧾 Receipts → PDF bundle / ZIP
• 🚗 Trips → CSV (tax authority format, €0.23/km)
• 📋 Invoices → PDF

We primarily use Google Gemini API (Google LLC, USA). Optionally OpenAI can be enabled.

Data is processed per their policies:

• OpenAI Privacy Policy

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You continue to have access until then. Afterwards you have 30 days to export data.
